Nunnelly was awarded the Bulverde Spring Branch Library also known as the Mammen Public Library. This project consisted of a ground-up 22,583 sq.ft. facility built in the hill country. This project included extensive site work and complicated rock excavation which required excellent communication and cooperation from all participants to ensure its success. The facility incorporated structural steel a glass-covered atrium overlooking the hill country.
The foundation was a slab-on-grade with a masonry veneer. This project also included an aerobic septic system, a storm water reclamation system, and an extensive landscaping package, which included a stream running throughout the outside of the facility. The Nunnelly team was tasked and provided cost savings through value engineering process which enabled the project to be completed on time and in budget.
