Nunnelly was awarded as the best value general contractor to construct the CentroMed PACE-Elder Care Center. This project consisted of a complete tear down of an existing facility and the ground up construction of the 19,600 sq.ft. CentroMed PACE-Elder Care Center. This facility is DHHS licensed Day Activity and Health Services (DAHS) facility providing daytime services, up to 10 hours per day to people who live in the community. These essential facilities support an expanded Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) which provides a wide range of medical, social, recreational, and wellness services to eligible participants. This project consisted of a slab on grade with a wood structure which was clad with an EIFS system and stone veneer.
