Nunnelly was awarded as the Design Builder for the design and construction of the extensive City Tower renovation. Through a Joint Venture with SKANSKA USA, the SKANSKA NUNNELLY team successfully renovated approximately 500,000 sq.ft. of the old Frost Bank Tower and delivered 22 newly constructed floors to approximately 23 city departments housing nearly 1,500 city employees. The renovation also provided 3,000 sq.ft. of shell for future retail space on the ground floor.
