Nunnelly was awarded as the best value general contractor to build the San Antonio Fire Station #32 project. This project was a new, free-standing 14,725 sq.ft. structure located on an approximate 3-acre site in the Medical Center of San Antonio. The structure was slab-on-grade with mixed structural steel and CMU.
The scope of work for this project included multiple fire apparatus and EMS bays with fully integrated trench drain systems, living quarters for both Fire Department and EMS officials, common space, offices, kitchen/dining area, and numerous site improvements, including parking, utility, and drainage systems.
