Nunnelly was selected as the best value contractor to construct the new Frio City Bulky Waste Facility. This project included a 10-acre site development including new utilities, drainage, landscaping, heavy duty site concrete and secured parameters. This project provides the San Antonio community a place to dispose of trash, debris, and specifically bulky waste products.
Nunnelly worked closely with the City of San Antonio Bulky Waste staff to ensure that the project opened to the public at a date prior to the scheduled substantial completion date and subsequent work completed did not interfere with the daily operations of the facility.
