Nunnelly was awarded as the Construction Manager (CMAR) to complete the Library Weatherization Project for the City of San Antonio. During the preconstruction process, our team was able to manage the design and deliver the GMP under the projected budget this enabled the City of San Antonio to take the savings and use them as part of a Phase Two – Central Library Pavilion Project. Phase One included a complete exterior restoration including the roofing.
For Phase Two, a landscape architect was selected by the city, and the Nunnelly Team began the construction management process for this phase. This project took a previously fenced in and neglected area of the property and converted it to a beautiful and useful stone pavilion, while maintaining and meeting all the requirements of the Historical Review Board.
