Nunnelly General Contractor was selected as the Design Build firm to manage the design and build the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) Facility located in District One. This project includes a 2-story 24,000 sq.ft. facility with associated parking facilities for police and the public. This project includes locker rooms, public restrooms, walls and windows addressed for ballistic, fitness room, offices, lobby, and parking for an estimated 145 vehicles. The parking should house both marked and unmarked vehicles, special vehicles, as well as the personally owned vehicles. Due to an extremely tight site our team will be utilizing lean practices such as “just in time” deliveries. The exterior with receive extensive site improvements including landscaping and drainage.
