ESC Region 20 Campus Renovations was a complex multi-phased project completed on an active site. Nunnelly was able to successfully manage the completion of this project which included a new Life Sciences Building #7, renovations to existing Buildings 1, 4, & 6 and also included improvements to site drainage, landscaping, and parking.
Building #7 incorporated a suspended slab with a crawl space and was a pre-engineered metal building structure clad with split-face architectural block and metal panels. Interior spaces incorporated high traffic epoxy floors and specialized temperature and containment systems to house live animals for staff life science training.
