The Westover Hills Emergency Hospital was a 15,000 sq.ft. tilt-wall structure with Class A interior finishes. This was a new one-story prototype that the owner implemented into the San Antonio area. The foundation was slab on grade in rock. The exterior included brick, metal panels, stone, and even incorporated Kal-Wall panel systems over exterior canopies. The interior was comprised of high-end architectural features throughout the building, including three form glass wall systems, mixed masonry with interior aluminum soffit panels, wood ceilings, and terrazzo flooring. This facility was state certified and included medical gas, nurse call, code blue, patient exam and negative pressure rooms, as well as office / conference room space.
