The Zarzamora Baptist Hospital consisted of a new, two story building of approximately 38,000 sq.ft.that included a state licensed hospital on the ground floor and shell / medical offices on the second floor. The structure was made up of a mixture of tilt wall and structural steel.
The exterior has both stone and decorative metal wall systems. The interior contained multiple systems including access control, medical gas, nurse call, security and more. Equipped with a fully functional CT Scan Room and finished off with beautiful terrazzo flooring, glass walls, interior masonry and top of the line exam rooms. The owner requested to expedite the schedule by eliminating one month. Nunnelly coordinated with our project team and completed the project one month early as requested.
