Nunnelly was awarded as the Construction Manager (CMAR) for the interior finish out of the Frost Bank Financial Center located off W.W. White. This project was a prototype utilizing custom DIRTT Wall Systems that would enable frost to relocate the walls to accommodate future growth or relocation. The DIRTT system is architectural pre-engineered and manufactured walls and required coordination between all trades for installation. The project included mixed office space, conference rooms, internal safe, waiting rooms, and a lobby. Nunnelly also provided exterior building improvements and corporate signage. The project required an expedited schedule and Nunnelly delivered on time.
