Nunnelly was ranked and selected as best qualified contractor to build the Guadalupe Blanco River Authority Corporate Office Project. This ground-up project, located in New Braunfels, Texas, includes 21,000 sq. ft. of private office, open office, executive board room, conference space, flex space, training space, and are ception area. This building incorporated a modern feel with an environmentally friendly design. Warm tones of local hill country stone and champagne colored metal panels along with rainwater collection systems and beautiful landscaping helped make this project a great addition to the New Braunfels business community.
