Nunnelly was awarded as the best value contractor to build the new Luckey Ranch Elementary School for Medina Valley ISD. Luckey Ranch was a ground-up 94,000 square foot facility that consisted of a brand-new gymnasium, library, cafeteria, full kitchen / food prep area, multi-wing classroom and lab space, and also included mixed office /admin space. Site improvements included baseball fields, playground area, exterior sports courts, as well as the establishment of utilities, site parking, and landscaping.
The Owner and the Design Team expressed that they were extremely pleased with our ability to push schedule, the quality of the subcontractors we utilize, and the sophistication of our documentation and review process.
