This new business, assembly, and warehouse facility was a two story, 27,000 sq.ft. building consisting of concrete tilt-wall and steel structure with applied masonry for architectural appeal. The exterior improvements included extension of utilities, site concrete and asphalt pavement parking, and a sophisticated landscape package that included a storm water collection system for irrigation distribution.
Nunnelly was engaged to provide conceptual budgeting services for this project. Working with minimal design and a program outline, a complete and detailed conceptual estimate accounting for the client’s needs was provided. During the competitive bid process, Nunnelly was selected as the best qualified contractor to build the project. Our team successfully built this project and also provided a list of additional value engineering which led to a total cost savings of nearly 5% of the initial budget.
