Nunnelly was selected as the general contractor for the Pearsall 2019 Bond Projects. The High School is a new 24,283 SF Performing Arts Bldg. (HS) – Conventional steel, Auditorium and band hall. The 10,157 SF Gymnasium for the elementary school PEMB, gym and classrooms. The 12,891 SF Kinder Wing – Classroom remodel and nurse & counselor suites.
