Nunnelly was awarded the Poteet ISD Elementary School Addition project, which consisted of a 25,000 square foot ground up facility and surrounding site drainage, landscaping, and parking improvements. This addition contained classrooms, administration offices, restrooms, storage rooms, nursing quarters, and common space.
The structure was made up of a pre-engineered metal building with CMU walls clad with brick veneer. It also included a structural steel front entry with concrete tilt wall panels and hollow core planks.
