Nunnelly was awarded as the Construction Manager (CMAR) for the Westside Campus Expansion Project. San Antonio Food Bank project consisted of a new 60,000 sq.ft. two-story building located at the San Antonio Food Bank main campus. This was a legacy project for Nunnelly as it will serve up to 50,000 meals per day to the community. The new first of its kind facility included a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, meat processing ,and a culinary arts teaching space. The project also included indoor and outdoor event space, office / administration space, and extensive custom freezer and cooler space.
