Nunnelly was proudly awarded the Design-Build of the Schertz Transportation Facility. Nunnelly renovated an existing 14,850 sq.ft. facility to include creation of office spaces and fleet shop area. This project also included work to improve the exterior drainage and flat work. Our team worked closely with the City of Schertz to provide for an expedited submittal and procurement process to help the city avoid significant cost and supply chain disruption.
