Nunnelly was awarded as the best value contractor for the Losoya Middle School Conversion Project. This 62,863 sq.ft. facility was constructed on an active campus and included the demolition of several existing buildings and ground up construction of a new arts and sciences building as well as a new gymnasium.The arts and sciences building incorporated a library, music rooms, sound practice rooms, and band hall, theatre room, several science lab classrooms, and also included classroom and admin space. The new gymnasium included a wood gym flooring, locker rooms, weight rooms, training facility, and also included basic renovations to their old practice gymnasium.
