Nunnelly was selected as the Design-Builder to design and completely renovate an existing 100,000 sq. ft. industrial warehouse located on an 11.7-acre site to house the new VIA Paratransit Operations and Maintenance Facility. This project included complex industrial maintenance and wash systems requiring extensive coordination. In the end the design program was met on time and within budget as our project team navigated through Covid-19 and various supply chain and inflationary impacts. The project incorporated administration offices, scheduling and dispatch, wellness area, training space, conference space, paratransit vehicle wash systems, fueling systems, maintenance bays, and various other operational support facilities. Our team also sourced and procured the maintenance equipment and tools.
